Brittany Kerr, PA-C, DMSc
Physician Assitant, Managing Partner
Brittany Kerr is a Highmore native who graduated from South Dakota State University in 2009. She earned a Master of Science in Aviation from UNL in 2013, before pursuing a career in medicine. A 2018 graduate of the USD Physician Assistant program, Brittany spent the early years of her career in outpatient internal medicine seeing adults with chronic health issues. She has extensive experience in hospital medicine and rural emergency department coverage. Over the past four years, Brittany has worked to complete a Doctor of Medical Science degree through Butler University, graduating in June 2026. She currently lives in Highmore, and when not working in medicine enjoys working the farmland she owns.
Kyrstin Reimann-Doris, PA-C,
Physician Assistant, Partner
Kyrstin Reimann-Doris grew up in Minnesota, and has called Ree Heights home for nearly 20 years. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, she graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from USD in 2008. After two years of working as an independent contractor, she joined the Lower Brule Indian Health Service Clinic in 2010 and has been there since. This role has included medical director duties and given Kyrstin a truly unique experience treating patients with complex medical issues in a very remote setting, often without the resources of a larger clinic. Outside of work, Kyrstin and her husband Luke are on the go with their four children: Croix, Cannon, Cahill and Chapel, as well as their cattle operation.
